Work with Lars

Before the purchase, the question is who to trust.
After the purchase, the question is who keeps the house as it should be.

I work with selected villas and private estates in Mallorca for people who want one reliable presence close to the home, someone who understands what has been agreed, who belongs around it and what should not fall back to the owner.

How I work

One trusted person around the property, the people and the standard.

Before the purchase, I help you read the world around a home more clearly: the people, the places, the practical reality and the introductions that genuinely matter.

Between visits, I keep sight of the property, open matters, partner actions and the agreed standard, so the villa does not quietly drift while the owner is away.

When the owner is on the island, the same attention can extend to arrivals, private arrangements, trusted local contacts and the details that make time in Mallorca feel properly considered.

Some homes need steady oversight: regular presence, clear judgement, careful communication and follow through around the practical life of the property.

Others need activation. The villa may be exceptional, but the way it runs is not yet settled. People, routines, access and communication need to be brought into a rhythm that lasts.

Where needed, I bring in household, technical and local partners I trust, so there is one clear person holding the picture instead of many loose contacts.

Engagements run on a monthly retainer, with scope agreed in advance according to the property, rhythm of use and level of involvement required.

For a single property, retainers typically start from €2,000 per month. Housekeeping, staffing, maintenance and third party services are handled separately.

Capacity is deliberately limited, so each home receives proper attention.

If this resonates, the next step is a short conversation to understand the property, the current setup, how Mallorca is used, and what should no longer sit on your shoulders.
