How I work

Three parts, one outcome: steady standards, clean oversight, and a home that stays ready, without you being pulled into decisions.

I take responsibility for the operating layer so nothing drifts between stays, covering access and keys, trusted people on the ground, recurring checks, and a maintenance rhythm that keeps standards quietly in place. Arrivals and returns are handled properly, with one accountable operator rather than a handover chain.

Some homes need steady support: consistent oversight, clean handovers, and standards that hold.
Others need activation, when a place is beautiful but not yet operationally coherent, or when delivery is not aligned.
In those situations I step in, set a clear structure, align people and partners, and establish a rhythm that holds season after season.

Engagements run on a monthly retainer, with scope agreed in advance. Retainers for a single residence typically start from €2,000 per month, depending on size, complexity, and on site presence. Housekeeping, staffing, and third party services are billed separately.
